How do I sign in?

Use your .edu email and password. We also email a confirmation code when you sign up or reset access.

How do I report a problem?

In the app: Settings → Report a problem. Or email verification@thefrappapp.com.

Tickets & refunds

Open Wallet for your QR. Refunds follow the event’s refund window (typically until 24 hours before start; the server enforces the cutoff).
